Frank F. Craig BSc PhD MBA (Chief Executive Officer).
Frank has around 15 years of international, general management experience gained from GlaxoSmithKline, Amersham Biosciences (as a Vice-President of R&D) and several start-up firms. He was responsible for managing product devt of Green Fluorescent Protein (first identified by the 2008 Nobel Prize Winners for Chemistry) and many other products and services for the Life Sciences industry. Frank is a (co)-Founder of LSC (Glasgow, UK) and of Aurora Biosciences (San Diego, USA), which had a peak market cap. of £1.6B. He was also a co-Founder and CEO of Smart Holograms (Cambridge, UK) - named as the UK's Fastest Growing Company in May 2006. Frank has raised £16M in Venture Capital,  £23M via an IPO on NASDAQ and has delivered many commercial partnerships with global Life Sciences and Energy firms - resulting in recorded deal values of £180M.  He has been a Board Director of Smart Holograms and TekCel (Hopkinton, USA), and is currently a member of the Institute of Directors, UK Trade & Investment Life Sciences Advisory Network, GlobalScot and is on the Development Board of Warwick Business School (WBS) and the Saltire Foundation. He has a PhD in Microbiology from Glasgow University and an MBA from WBS.

Ms Sharon Eaton MBA (Company Director).
Sharon has 20 years experience in the Life Sciences industry, mainly in sales and management consultancy. She has previously worked for Amersham International, Kodak Scientific Imaging Systems, Boehringer Mannheim and Invitrogen. Sharon is a Founder and Managing Director of Biochannel Partners, a Life Sciences manufacturer and distributor partnering consultancy firm with over 13,000 company profiles in a unique, searchable database, and has an MBA from Strathclyde University.
